Muzeum Regionalne w Kościanie

Housed in the town hall on Kościan's market square, a building from the 15th century, this regional museum covers the history of the surrounding land. The permanent displays begin with archaeology, running from the Stone Age to the Middle Ages, and include a reconstructed urn grave from a cremation burial. A good first stop for getting your bearings in the town's past.
