Spread over three townhouses on Długa Street in the Old Town, this private museum traces hygiene and dirt from antiquity to the present, with a focus on how soap was made and used. The exhibits are objects and accessories connected with keeping clean. It draws on Bydgoszcz's nineteenth-century chemical industry, including soap production.
