Muzeum Miejskie w Raciborzu

Racibórz's town museum occupies a former church-owned building on Gimnazjalna Street, which opened to the public in 1927 after years standing empty. Its roughly 30,000 objects range from archaeological finds and historical keepsakes to ethnographic items, art and decorative crafts. The collection traces back to a local grammar school, where from about 1819 teachers gathered specimens and objects to use in their lessons.
