Muzeum Ludowe Rodziny Brzozowskich

Four pavilions in Sromów hold more than 400 wooden figures carved by the folk sculptor Julian Brzozowski, arranged in scenes such as a Nativity crib, a Corpus Christi procession and a Łowicz wedding. Most of the figures move, thanks to mechanisms the carver devised and built himself. Another pavilion shows folk costumes, painted Łowicz chests, paper cutouts and paper chandeliers, and the last two house 35 horse-drawn vehicles from around Łowicz, mostly light carriages, along with britzkas, sleighs and farm carts.
