Muzeum im. Jana Dzierżona w Kluczborku

Beekeeping is the main draw of this regional museum in Kluczbork. Inside you will find archaeology, history and ethnography of the Kluczbork area and northern Opole region, plus a separate section on beekeeping gathered from across Poland. A special collection holds mementos of Father Jan Dzierżon (1811–1906), the founder of modern beekeeping, after whom the museum is named. In front of the building, a pavilion displays modern figural beehives carved by folk artists and amateur sculptors from around the country.
