Muzeum Gospodarki Mięsnej w Sielinku

Here you can follow meat from slaughter to the sausage sold over the counter. The collections trace how butchery changed between the mid-17th century and the 1960s, from a craft to a meat industry. Exhibits have been gathered since 1974, many donated by meat plants, individual butchers and their descendants, and schools, with some deposited by other museums. It stands within an agricultural advisory centre in Sielinko and is a branch of the agriculture museum in Szreniawa.
