Museumswerft Flensburg

This is a working boatyard on Flensburg's harbour, where sailing and work boats of the kind seen on the Baltic 100 to 200 years ago are built and restored. Visitors get a sense of everyday shipyard life in the past, and courses teach how to use traditional tools. Young people sometimes take on the project of building a boat of their own here.
