Montafoner Heimatmuseum Schruns

The local history museum of Schruns presents the history and culture of the Montafon valley. It grew out of a collection of rare animals, plants and minerals begun in 1906, later joined by old furniture, pictures and artworks. Today it stands on the Kirchplatz in an old Montafon Ständehaus dated 1710, once the seat of the mountain judges, now extended with a new building.
