Krankenhaus-Museum

This museum sits in a listed courtyard building of Bremen's old psychiatric hospital, in the middle of a historic park. The permanent exhibition follows the city's psychiatric history from its beginnings into the 20th century, with historical treatment equipment on show. Interactive stations and listening points give voice to patients, doctors, nurses and relatives, and one section deals with psychiatry under the Nazis.
