Käthe Kollwitz spent her final months in this house by the Moritzburg castle pond, with a view of the palace, from August 1944 until her death on 22 April 1945. Seven rooms follow her life chronologically, with prints, photographs and extracts from her diaries and letters. The focus is less on the number of works than on the artist herself.
