Kaprun Museum

Housed in the Steinerbauernhaus, a farmhouse over 300 years old, this museum introduces Kaprun's local history. The 140-square-metre permanent exhibition covers farm life and Pinzgau costume, the building of the power stations, early tourism pioneers and vintage cameras. On Fridays from spring to autumn, bread is baked the traditional way in the historic oven outside.
