Heimatmuseum Buchloe

Right on the town hall square, this local history museum is the place to learn how Buchloe came to be. The town sits in the Gennach valley and grew into a railway town. The museum opened in 1997 and looks at the town's past, which reaches back to forest clearing in the 8th century and a first written mention in 1150.
