Strasshof an der Nordbahn, Niederösterreich
The roundhouse-style depot at Strasshof an der Nordbahn was begun in 1944 and only finished in 1947, after the war. Instead of the three halls once planned, a single rectangular locomotive shed was built, with a turntable and water cranes. Today the site is a railway museum where you can see this working railway complex.
