Deutsches Pferdemuseum

Everything about the horse, in the former stables and barracks of a cavalry base close to the railway station. The permanent exhibition shows historic toys with horse themes, anatomical models tracing the horse's development, and items that explain Verden as a horse town. A cast of the stallion Tempelhüter stands outside. It is considered the oldest horse museum in Germany.
