Centrum Nauki i Sztuki Stara Kopalnia

The former Julia coal mine now houses a museum and arts complex. In the industrial section, guided visits take you through the lamp room, the hoisting-machine building, the top of the shaft, the mechanical workshops and the mine yard, where locomotives and transport wagons stand. The site also has a centre of unique ceramics and a contemporary art gallery, and it is part of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
