Materials and technique
Inlaid wood (mahogany?), cast and gilded bronze mounts, inlays of ivory or bone, metal, and mother-of-pearl (marine mussels or pearl oysters)
Signature and marks
signed in ligature in white metal inlay on central shelf: Bugatti.
